Our Mission

Endeavors is a family of Programs that uses creative ideas interwoven with measurable outcomes to build social and common good; we empower people to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Our Programs

Achievements

  • Over 4,000 Veteran families that were homeless or about to be evicted were assisted and/or stabilized in safe, permanent housing

  • Foster and Adoption Assessments were completed for over 2,400 children that had been neglected and/or abused and removed from their families. These assessments pave the way for these children to move into safe and loving homes as soon as possible.

  • “I am one of those Veterans whom if I had not asked for help I may have ended up homeless. It takes a whole different person to provide help to Veterans. Family Endeavors is that! They provided me with direction, understanding, and compassion.”

    Michael
  • “I needed a second chance on life and was given this chance at the Fairweather Family Lodge. The program has allowed me to accomplish goals and get more from life. I have learned how to be a more responsible and loving parent to my children. Family Endeavors has taught and instilled values in me that I will pass down to my children and generations to come”

  • “Since coming to Family Endeavors I stay busy. Before I came to the program, every day I woke up, lit up a cigarette, drank a cup of coffee and listened to the radio. That is where I stayed at a table all day and all night. Now I function, I do something with my time rather than waste it. And that’s the difference. I live life. I am proud to earn my own paycheck. I earn what I have and that means a lot to me.”

    William
  • "The staff was kind, considerate, and was careful to make sure I didn’t fall. We had a good conversation about general things; it was like talking to a friend. The staff made sure I got back inside my home safely and made sure I had plenty of food. "

    James
  • “I have been at Fairweather Family Lodge for 6 months now. I feel like this place has really helped my family and me in so many ways. Before I came here I didn’t know what to do. I had no where else to go. Child Protective Service had taken my children from me and I was willing to do anything to get them back.
